Congratulations on purchasing the best training rollers made!
We are extremely proud you chose Kreitler, and we are anxious to help you in any way we can. We hope you will not need warranty service but if you should, we want you to know it will get top priority. We want to provide a meaningful guarantee. Be sure to send us your proof of purchase. Give us your name, address, city, state, zip, and phone number, the serial number, and which product you purchased. Once we have your proof of purchase information in the warranty database, you will need nothing further should you need warranty service on your Kreitler Product.
If you should experience a problem with any Kreitler product, do not return the product to the point of purchase. We do all warranty work. Do not dismantle or field strip the unit as this will void the warranty (copy of warranty available on request). Call us @ 800-999-8277 and return only the part or parts in questions to us (for example, if you have a problem with one drum, send us only that one drum). Please help us help you by having your serial # ready when you phone.
When we receive your product for warranty repair/replacement we make every effort to return it the same day we receive it. We do not want you down a minute longer than necessary! It will help if you furnish an evening and a daytime phone number just in case we need to talk to you about the problem.

KREITLER ® ROLLERS – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Kreitler® Rollers will repair or replace free of charge any part(s) found upon examination by Kreitler® at its factory in Grand Junction, CO to be defective in material or workmanship, subject to the following limitations:
This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser who mails the proof of purchase to Kreitler® Rollers, at 580 N Westgate Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81505, within 30 days of purchase.
The purchaser shall pay all transportation costs on any warranty work.
This warranty does not cover product failure due to damage in transit, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, i.e. changing factory bearing settings, repair, or investigate dismantling by unauthorized persons. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as but not limited to rubber feet, bearings and belts.
All warranty work shall be performed ONLY by Kreitler®. Kreitler® assumes no responsibility, and this warranty shall be void, where repairs have been made or attempted by others.
This warranty is the only warranty provided by Kreitler®, and KREITLER® DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PATICULAR PURPOSE.
Kreitler® shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages, including without limitation, physical injury, and shall in no event be liable in excess of the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Be sure the belt(s) are derailed and hanging slack when the rollers, windtrainer and/or fan are not in use. Also, be sure to wipe the perspiration off the product frame(s) with a cloth saturated with WD40 type material to prevent metal frames from rusting. This warranty does not cover rusting of metal frames.
Kreitler products are manufactured to precise standards and are carefully inspected before shipment. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is a statement of our intention to provide our customers with the highest quality in materials and workmanship to assure many years of dependable service.
