Thank you for your interest in Kreitler Rollers. Kreitler Rollers carry a limited lifetime warranty against material defects and workmanship. Normal wear items such as belts, end cap belt grooves, and bearings do not fall under the lifetime warranty but can be replaced in most cases. Surface corrosion is also not covered under the warranty as it can be prevented with proper care of your rollers and frames. If you would like to discuss having your Kreitler Rollers serviced or rebuilt, please call us at 970-241-3518 M-F from 8:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time Zone. Bearing replacement must be performed at our facility to ensure proper installation.
